1. Eligibility
- Open to all eligible registered users on Betmode.
- A minimum deposit of USD $6 is required to qualify.
- Cashback will not be paid on wagers or feature buys where the outcome is pending, incomplete, or intentionally delayed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Suspended bonus rounds
- Delayed opening of purchased features
- Any game state that has not resolved into a win or loss by the end of the cashback qualifying period.
- If such cases are detected, cashback may be withheld, adjusted, or voided entirely at our discretion.
2. God Tier Assignment
- Eligible users will receive instant God-tier loyalty status in the Betmode loyalty program upon meeting the minimum deposit requirement.
- God-tier benefits apply immediately and remain active for the applicable qualification period, subject to ongoing eligibility.
3. Qualifying Period
- Instant Rakeback: Claimable daily from 00:00 → 23:59 UTC
- Daily Cashback: Calculated from 00:00 → 23:59 UTC. Claimable everyday at 14:00 UTC
- Weekly Cashback Period: Friday 00:00 → Thursday 23:59 UTC. Claimable Friday at 14:00 UTC
4. Cashback Calculation
We keep it simple and verifiable:
(Deposits − Withdrawals − Current Balance − Unsettled Bets) × Cashback %
Cashback is calculated only on real-money net daily losses, according to the tier ladder.
5. Payout and Withdrawal
- Instant rakebacks & Cashback can be claimed from the reward section daily & weekly at 14:00 UTC.
- Daily Cashback not claimed will expire after 24 hours.
- Weekly Cashback not claimed will expire after 24 hours.
- Funds are real money and immediately withdrawable after 1x wagering requirements due to AML regulations.
- All cashback payments are subject to internal audit. If suspicious activity or system exploitation is detected, cashback and associated winnings may be voided, and the account may be investigated or suspended.
6. General Terms
- Subject to BETMODE's General Terms & Conditions.
- Participation implies full acceptance of all terms.
- Promotion is valid until further notice.
- Only real-money deposits count toward cashback eligibility.
- Credited cashback does not qualify as a deposit for other promotions.
7. Fraud and Abuse Prevention
- Intended for recreational play only.
- BetMode reserves the right to disqualify or suspend players engaged in: multiple accounts, collusion, promotion abuse or manipulation.
- Only one weekly cashback reward is permitted per player, household, IP address, device, payment method, and shared network. Any attempts to bypass this will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
- The use of VPNs, proxies, or multiple accounts to claim multiple daily cashbacks is strictly prohibited. We may use third-party tools to detect and act against such activity, which may result in bonus removal or permanent account ban.
- We reserve the right to withhold or reverse cashback credited to accounts found to violate our fair play policy, systematic bonus abuse, or manipulation of game mechanics to generate artificial losses.
